Infrarail 2010 - Serving the Busy Rail Infrastructure Market
Location: National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham, United Kingdom
Date: 13 April 2010
- 15 April 2010
Since the first event in 1994, Infrarail has become a regular fixture in the UK rail industry’s calendar. In 2010 Infrarail returns to the NEC in Birmingham, venue for the last highly successful exhibition in 2008.
Participation at Infrarail 2010, The 8th International Railway Infrastructure Exhibition is already proving to be highly sought after and planning is well underway. This year the event will the feature return of ever popular On-Track Displays and Seminar Theatres.
High levels of investment continue in Britain’s railways. Network Rail, operator of the country’s national railway infrastructure, is to spend £28.5 billion over the next five years from April 2009, including £7.6 billion on network expansion projects.
These investments are set to keep the rail industry’s suppliers very busy. Infrarail provides a unique opportunity for firms targeting this market and wider international opportunities to present their capabilities and technologies.
Scanlaser will be attending the event alongside Leica Geosystems, together showcasing the latest in machine control and precision measurement technologies.
